How to cancel a subscription
You can cancel a subscription in Settings → Billing in HostMyLauncher or through the Paddle customer portal. The Paddle portal also lets you manage payment methods. To open it, use the portal access available in HostMyLauncher billing settings.
When cancellation takes effect and what happens to access
Cancellation stops automatic renewal and is scheduled for the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep the plan benefits until that date. When the period ends, the launcher automatically moves to the Free plan, which does not require a Paddle subscription.
If you downgrade instead of canceling, the change is scheduled for the end of the current period and the new plan price is charged for the following period. Upgrades may take effect immediately and result in a prorated charge once Paddle confirms payment.
Refund requests
Refunds related to purchases processed by Paddle are evaluated under the Paddle Refund Policy. You may submit a request even if you changed your mind about the purchase; consult Paddle's current policy for applicable criteria and time limits. Paddle decides whether the request meets those criteria. To submit it, contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
HostMyLauncher does not determine eligibility and cannot guarantee the outcome or timing of a refund request. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights you have under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
Language and contact
For questions about how the service works or access to a launcher, email contact@hostmylauncher.com. To request a refund for a purchase handled by Paddle, contact Paddle directly through paddle.net.
The Spanish version is the controlling version of this policy. The English version is a translation; if there is any difference in interpretation, the Spanish version prevails.
